My little artist

As we were driving back from Vermont, Ollie asked Calder to draw Telly monster from Sesame Street. Calder couldn't remember exactly what Telly monster looked like, but made a valiant effort to draw him the best he could. Olive screamed, 'That's not Telly!!!' so Calder said, 'You draw him, then. Show me what he looks like.' This is what she drew.

I'm pretty sure English speakers are out-numbering Spanish speakers at least 5 to 1 (actual numbers), so English it is. This is the section of the park right in front of our new place. It's called the North Woods, and it's kind of like Narnia meets Middle Earth. The red building in the background of the 3rd pic is our building. The other shots are from our Father's day weekend trip to Mystic, Connecticut.
